your brand doesn't need to become someone else's.
it needs to become more of itself.
Neon Cocoon was created for business owners who know they have something special, but need help turning that something into a brand people notice, remember, trust, and buy from.
FOUNDER + VISIONARY
Hi, I'm tiffe
The founder of Neon Cocoon, a marketing strategist, brand builder, creative director, and longtime business owner who has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of fashion, branding, marketing, ecommerce, and culture.
I didn’t learn marketing by sitting on the sidelines. I built my own brand.
I studied Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles and began my career in the fashion industry, working across styling, visual merchandising, and creative production for brands including H&M, Urban Outfitters and Target. I also worked behind the scenes on national commercial campaigns, music videos, television, and film (IMDB), styling and assisting on national projects for brands including Adidas, Nissan, DXL, Ralph Lauren, Febreze, PetSmart, and Arizona Lottery. And fashion shoots for Vogue Magazine, Cosmopolitan Magazine and others.
In 2013, I founded Baby Teith, an independent fashion brand inspired by music, nostalgia, and alternative culture. Over the years, I grew it into a multi-7-figure business carried online and in stores including Amoeba Music in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
I’ve built the marketing systems behind that growth from the ground up: social media, email marketing, paid advertising, content, influencer campaigns, brand ambassador programs, PR, product launches, ecommerce, customer experience, creative direction, photography, web design, and sales funnels.
And before that, I spent years working in fashion and visual merchandising for brands including H&M and Urban Outfitters, while also working behind the scenes on commercial campaigns, music videos, television, and film.
So I understand brands from more than one angle. I understand what it means to create something people want. I understand what makes someone stop scrolling. I understand how a beautiful brand becomes a profitable one. And I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you're the person responsible for doing all of it.
that's where the cocoon comes in.
A cocoon is the place where transformation happens.
It’s not the finished product. It’s the messy, necessary, behind-the-scenes part where something becomes something new. That’s how I see the businesses I work with. You don't need to have everything figured out before you come to me.
You might have an amazing business with a confusing brand. You might have a great product but no idea how to market it. You might have thousands of followers but aren't turning that attention into sales. You might know you need to show up online consistently but have no idea what to say.
Or maybe you've simply been doing everything yourself for so long that you can't see your business objectively anymore.
That's where I come in.
we build the bridge between where you are and where you're going.
Neon Cocoon helps small businesses and growing brands turn their ideas into clear, magnetic marketing that actually moves the business forward.
Depending on what you need, that might look like:
-
brand strategy
finding the heart of your brand and turning it into something people instantly understand.
-
marketing strategy
figuring out what you're selling, who you're selling it to, where they are, and what will actually get them to buy.
-
social media
creating a presence that feels like your brand instead of another account shouting into the internet.
-
content strategy
knowing what to say, what to show, and why you're saying it.
-
email marketing
turning your audience into customers and your customers into people who come back.
-
funnels and customer journeys
creating a path from “I just found you” to “I need this.”
-
ecommerce strategy
helping online brands create a better experience from first click to checkout.
-
creative direction
making sure your visuals, messaging, content, and brand all feel like they belong to the same world.
-
growth strategy
finding the opportunities hiding inside the business you already have.
strategy without the soullessness.
I believe marketing should be strategic without making your business feel sterile. Your brand can be smart and weird. Beautiful and profitable. Professional and personal. Strategic and human. You don't have to flatten your personality to appeal to more people. In fact, I think the opposite is usually true. The brands people remember are the ones that feel like someone made them.
